Regular 30-minute workouts just 2 or 3 times per week are enough to make you feel great, and really get your body firing on all systems! So, no more spending hours in the gym, leaving you plenty of time to do other fun things like have a relaxing massage after all that hard exercise.

Payment and Cancellation

Payment by cash, cheque or card. For card payments there is a 3% charge.

If you cancel or rearrange your appointment under 48 hours, a charge of £17 is incurred. If you cancel or rearrange your appointment under 24 hours or on the day, the full treatment fee is incurred.
