Do you have enough Magnesium?

If you have been suffering from chronic muscular tension and pain you may find that you have a reduced amount of magnesium in your body.

You'll need to consult your doctor to be sure but magnesium is pretty important for us!  It helps to strengthen your bones and teeth and promotes healthy muscles by helping to keep them flexible. 

It also helps to release the chemical PMS for promoting healthy heart muscles, beneficial for a healthy nervous system.  Magnesium is very important for the production of energy for us to preform our daily activities.

If you have been suffering from long term tight aching muscles (for more than 6 months), muscular spasms, muscle weakness, insomnia or nervousness, then try magnesium.  You can obtain magnesium tablets form your pharmacy or local health shop (just be aware that magnesium can sometimes upset your stomach!).

Payment and Cancellation

Payment by cash, cheque or card. For card payments there is a 3% charge.

If you cancel or rearrange your appointment under 48 hours, a charge of £17 is incurred. If you cancel or rearrange your appointment under 24 hours or on the day, the full treatment fee is incurred.
