Stretching therapy is used in the rehabilitation of an injury, and to compliment treatment by your sports massage therapist or physio.

It is important after an injury to rehabilitate muscles and tendons to bring them back to their normal, healthy state - strong, flexible and supple meaning that the muscle or tendon will not break down when put under strain.

Pain can be experienced anywhere in the body; neck, shoulders, lower back, hips, arms, wrists, hamstrings, calves, quads and gluteal. The sensation begins at the nerve endings which lie between muscular tissues, known as pain receptors.

Payment and Cancellation

Payment by cash, cheque or card. For card payments there is a 3% charge.

If you cancel or rearrange your appointment under 48 hours, a charge of £17 is incurred. If you cancel or rearrange your appointment under 24 hours or on the day, the full treatment fee is incurred.
