The Nutritional Advice Programme
On your first appointment we will confidentially discuss your health and lifestyle, then I will ask you to fill in a weekly diet sheet. Once you have completed the weekly diet sheet, I will analyse it and give you recommendations on how you may improve your diet so you can achieve your objective. I will also advise you on exercises that you can do in the comfort of your own home to help boost your metabolism and tone your body.
Regular follow-up appointments are recommended to provide you with on-going support, guidance and motivation and to see how you are progressing, but the programme is very flexible – you can agree to come as little or as often as you want. However, it is advisable to have about six consultations to get the full benefit from the treatment programme.
As with all my treatments, this programme is in the strictest confidence. You will be made to feel fully supported and at ease. I am here to help you achieve your personal goals. This programme includes a full diet and lifestyle assessement / analysis, weekly diet and exercise recommendations. It is suitable for both adults and children who would like to loose some weight and achieve a greater sense of well being.
